Please read all instructions, review illustrations and identify all parts prior to beginning the
assembly process.

Machine Screw - .25 x 20 x .5
Hex Nut - .25 x 20

Align post holes with corresponding holes in
lower tray. Use 16 machine screws and 16
hex nuts to attach all 4 posts.

Attach upper tray to posts using 14 machine
screws and 14 hex nuts. Note: Do not insert
the top 2 machine screws on one side
(Position A in Figure 2).

Attach the handle at Position A (Figure 2)
using 2 machine screws and 2 hex nuts.

Align casters with holes in lower tray. Place
swivel casters on the same side as the
handle. Attach casters using 16 machine
screws, 16 split washers and 16 hex nuts
(Figure 3).

Tighten screws and bolts.
