Problem Solution
No sound or weak sound - Turn on the devices;
- Remove and re-install the battery;
- Replace the battery;
- Contact your distributor;
- Clean or replace the tube or earplug.
Hearing aid emit an an alert signal - Replace the battery.
Sound is distorted - Replace the battery;
- Decrease the volume level;
- Clean or replace the tube or earplug.
Hearing aid does not work -Turn on the devices;
-Make sure the battery compartment are
closed well;
-Replace the battery.
