Low Pass Filter - A SINC4 digital low pass filter is used to reduce noise. Set the filter to a
high frequency for a fast settling time and longest battery life. Set the filter to a lower
frequency for reduced noise at the cost of a longer settling time. Slower filter settings
may not be available at the fastest sampling rates.
