Our fork dropouts are designed with safety
lugs.
MAINTENANCE
Inspection and maintenance are important
for your safety, and for the life of your
product. A poorly-maintained bike and its
components can break or fail to operate
normally, which in turn could lead to an
accident in which you could be killed,
seriously injured, or paralysed.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If a fault should appear or a repair be
necessary in spite of the great care taken
in our production, you should contact your
approved LOOK dealer and take in the
faulty product along with your receipt and
explain the problem.
WARRANTY
STATUTORY WARRANTY
LOOK guarantees its bikes/frames against
non-compliances and hidden flaws (1)
for a period of two years (2) from date of
purchase, through its approved dealers and
agents in the country where the product
was purchased.
(1) Hidden flaws relate to French legislation
only. §§ 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
(2) Some countries or states authorise a
longer period for an implicit guarantee and/
or for the exclusion or limitation of direct
or consecutive damage, in which case the
above limit will not be applicable.
This limited guarantee gives you specific
legal rights, but may also include other
rights, varying according to local legislation.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE
The quality and reliability of our products,
which we control from design through
to sale, enable us, through our approved
dealers and agents, to offer you, on top
of the statutory warranty, a free lifetime
guarantee on the frames and forks of LOOK
bikes.
