Chapter 5 Port
Use the Port pages to configure settings for the switch port related features.
5.1 Port Setting

This page shows port current status, and allow user to edit port configurations. Select port entry and
click “Edit” button to edit port configurations.
Field
Description
Port
Port Name.
Type
Allows you to Enable/Disable the port. When Enable is selected, the
port can forward the packets normally.
Description
Port description
State
Port admin state.
Enabled
: Enable the port.
Disabled
: Disable the port.
Link Status
Current port link status
Up
: Port is link up.
Down
: Port is link down.
Speed
Current port speed configuration and link speed status.
Duplex
Current port duplex configuration and link duplex status.
Flow Control
Current port flow control configuration and link flow control status.
Note:
1. The switch can’t be managed through the disable port.
2. The switch might lose connection temporarily for the specific port (which connect to the
management PC) setting. If it happens, refresh WEB GUI can recover the connection.
