3.1.3 Firmware Upgrade
You can upgrade the firmware of the device using this tool. Make sure that the firmware you want to use is
saved on the local hard drive of the computer. Click on
Browse
to search the local hard drive for the
firmware to be used for the update.
3.1.4 Configuration
Choose menu “
Configuration
”, you can restore the configurations of the Router to factory defaults on the
screen.
Reset default:
System configuration is reset to the factory default settings. Default settings are:
"Username: admin", "Password: admin", "IP: 192.168.1.1", "Net mask: 255.255.255.0
Backup Settings
: Select the radio button, you can save the current configuration of the Router as a
backup file and restore the configuration via a backup file.
Restore Settings:
Select the radio button, then click the
Browse
button to locate the update file for the
device, or enter the exact path to the Setting file in text box.
3.1.5 Tools
If for any reason the device is not responding correctly, you may want to restart the unit by clicking on the
Reboot
button.
