The warranty terms as below
1.
You can return the malfunction products under normal use
conditions within 7 days of the manufacturer’s date or 15 days
of the purchase date. Please keep the valid receipt of purchase.
2.
Under the normal use of the product, the warranty period for
the whole product (except the motor) is within 1 year from the
purchase of the product. The warranty of the motor is within 6
months from the purchase of the product.
3.
The warranty will be voided under the following:
i)
No valid proof of purchase or the warranty period has
expired
ii)
Improper handling, alternation and storage which
causes the damages.
iii)
Damages caused by natural disasters such as lighting,
fire, earthquakes, flood.
4.
The warranty excludes door-to-door services. The return
logistics cost shall be borne by customer.
