23. Position the gasket Q4 on the intercooler U.
24. Insert the Intercooler U into the support V until it stops.
25.
Insert the gasket Q5 on the intercooler U.
26. Fix the cap T1 on the support V with the
screws M (tightening torque of 25 Nm).
27. Insert the gasket Q6 on the intercooler U
until it touches the support V and fix the
cap T2 on the support V with the screws
M (tightening torque of 25 Nm).
28.
Fix the component J to the component K using the screws
L and the washers W (tightening torque of 25 Nm).
29. Fix the unit J and K on the plate X with the screws H and
the washers W.
30.
Fit the manifolds F and G on the components J and K, fix
all the manifolds with clamps E (Fig. 5.8)
31. Perform the operations described in Par. 6.4.
