Problem
What Should I do?
Valve80 does not turn ON
Check the AC Power Cable is connected firmly into the Valve80 and into the AC wall
outlet and switched ON
Ensure the Valve80 Power Switch is turned ON
Check the Fuse at the back of the Valve80 (Fuse Compartment) -
Make sure the
unit is UNPLUGGED
No sound
Ensure the correct cradle is used with your iPod.
Ensure the correct Input is selected.
Check the play status on the iPod.
Please try updating the software for your iPod using the latest iTunes which is
available from
www.apple.com/ipod/download
Check the MUTE function is not ON by pressing the MUTE on the remote control –
LED on the Valve80 will be ON if MUTE is in OFF position
Check the Speakers are connected correctly
Cradle will not fix into the Valve80
Remove any inserted cradles
I have lost a part for the Valve80

Remote Control is not working
Replace Battery.
Check the Battery is inserted correctly
No Picture
Check your Composite/S-Video connector is connected correclty.
Check your iPod is set to TV out (refer to your iPod manual for settings)
