6.4 Dosing management
6.4.1
Introduction
The instruments of the DLC
NET
series allow the dosage up to 4 automatic and
manual components for a total of up to 14 steps of the recipe.
At each step, the operator selects to dose one of the 4 automatic components or a
manual component.
An automatic component can be dosed more times in the same recipe.
In the second case, the instrument manually increases the index of manual
components, so as to keep track of their number.
In the first dosage, automatically the system will start the recipe processing. If you
have a recipe in progress, the
led is blinking on.
The operator can then perform a series of dosages, automatic or manual, where
the sequence and dosing quantity will be stored for printing.
Once the entire sequence is complete, you can finish the recipe and print the
report of the whole process, including start time and end time recipe.
