Save to phone
Each entry saved in the phone can contain a name, mobile phone
number, office phone number and home phone number. You can
save up to 500 contact entries in the phone. To add a contact to the
phone, you should:
Press
key to select the item you want to edit. Select <
Edit
> to
edit. With all necessary information edited, press
key to save.
Note:
When saving a new contact to the phone without assigning a name,
the phone will automatically name it “
No name
”.
Speed dial
Use this menu to assign speed dial numbers (2-9) to eight of your
most frequency dialed numbers. Key 1 is reserved for [
Voice mail
].
Assign a speed dial number
(1) In the standby mode, press key to enter
［
Phbook
］
menu
and then select [
Speed dial
].
(2) Press
key to select your desired speed dial number.
Select <
Edit
> to input by using the keypad a phone number to
which you want to assign the speed dial number or find a
phone number from the Phbook.
Cancel a speed dial assignment
In [
Speed dial
] menu, select one speed dial number and you can
press
key to cancel the speed dial assignment.
