TS- My Machine Won’t Hold a Charge (Grand Machines) 

Troubleshooting Instructions

There is a black wire coming from the XLR charging 

port (the 3 pronged charging port you connect your 

charger to), this black wire should connect to the Bat 

Neg (battery negative) section of the circuit board. 

 

 

XLR Black wire (goes to Bat Neg on circuit board).

 

 

 

Black XLR wire to Bat Neg (J11 or J12) on circuit board.

There is a red wire that comes from the Main Power 

Switch (the main power switch is located underneath 

the back of the machine on the left hand side) that 

connects to the Bat Pos (battery positive) section on 

the circuit board.
