If your appliance has a lid, be careful when opening it. Hot 

steam may be released from the inside.

DO NOT cook with the lid (if fitted) down when the valves 

are  on  high  heat,  otherwise  your  appliance  may  be 
damaged.

Allow the barbecue, the ashes and its accessories or parts 

to cool down completely before cleaning and storing it. It is 
recommended to empty the ashes 24 hours after using the 
barbecue.

Always allow to cool before storing or cleaning.

Clean  the  appliance  and  its  accessories  after  each  use  to 

avoid the accumulation of grease (risk of fire).

If you detect a smell of gas: 

- Turn off the gas supply to the appliance 
- Open the lid if the model has one 
- Extinguish any open flame 
- If the smell persists, stop using the appliance, move away 
from  the  appliance  and  contact  your  dealer  or  the  fire 
brigade immediately. 

A gas leak may cause a fire or explosion which could result 
in serious injury or death or damage to property.
