Placement
For best results, place your Solar lamp in a
location where sunlight shines directly onto the
collector panel
4
. Direct sunlight of at least 8
hours is ideal to ensure that the battery is fully
charged. The location must be free from shadow
and shade. Make sure that the collector panel
4
is not subjected to light sources other than
sunlight. Otherwise, the lamp will not be swit-
ched on at twilight.
Initial use

together with
the reflector

³
Place the solar lamp at a suitable location.
Note:
The charging process will only start if the functi-
on switch
1
is in the ON position. It can take a
few days until the Solar Lamp has reached its
optimal performance efficiency.
After the battery is charged, the solar light turns
itself on automatically at dusk.
³
To switch the solar lamp off, place the functi-
on switch
1
, on the bottom of the collector
panel
4
, into the OFF position.
Changing the battery
Replace the battery when the illumination time,
despite a day-long charge period, diminishes af-
ter 2 hours of darkness.
