have originated from a fire in the device. However, if you
do inhale smoke, please consult a doctor. Smoke
inhalation can be harmful.
The lamp housing and the power cable must not be
damaged in any way. Stop using the lamp immediately if
you find any cables damaged. If the housing or cable is
damaged, you could potentially get an electric shock.
Do not open the housing of the lamp - it contains no
serviceable parts. If the housing is opened, you run the
risk of an electric shock.
Therefore, make sure that the lamp is not subject to
excessive vibration, as this can cause the light bulb to
break. There is a risk of injury if the bulb is broken!
Do not hang anything from the lamp. The plastic body is
not designed to carry weight. In particular, do not place
flammable materials on or behind the lamp. This can
damage the lamp and could cause a fire.
Never use any optical devices such as a magnifying glass
to look directly into the light beam - this could damage
your eyes! If you suspect any eye damage, consult a
doctor.
