The safety of the overall system (in accordance with MDD 93/42 Annex I/Essential Requirements) is
certified when using the SCP System in combination with the Revolution

and tubings manufactured

by LivaNova. All safety checks and functional checks must be carried out in accordance with the
respective separate instructions for use.

When using disposables from other manufacturers, it is incumbent upon the user to provide proof of
the safe operation of the overall system.
