The batteries included in the panda are for in-store demonstration. Before playing, an adult must install fresh
alkaline batteries in the panda. Here’s how:
1. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included) remove the screw and battery compartment cover from under
the panda.
2. Install three (3) fresh 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries (not included) in the panda
making sure the (+)and (-) ends
face the proper direction as indicated inside the battery compartment.
3. Replace the compartment cover and tighten the screw.

• For best results, use the panda in a dimly-lit area to see the lights better!
• After 15 seconds of inactivity, the panda will enter sleep mode. To exit sleep mode,
bat the panda with your
hand.
• Always move the switch on top of the panda to the “OFF” position after playing.
