1. Push down to dis-engage Rock Locks.
2. When pushed down, the Rock Lock tabs will release
the outer assembly from the inner assembly.
4. Replace with new outer assembly.
3. Remove the old outer assembly, and discard.
5. Re-engage Rock Lock tabs to lock the outer assem-
bly to the inner assembly
