Default 

The CPU voltage is defined according to the table on the next page. VID4 
and VID3 are set by the CPU and cannot be changed by the user. VID0, 
VID1, and VID2 can be changed manually by setting Jumper 4 to adjust the 
CPU voltage.  

For example, VID0 - VID2 will be equal to "0" by shorting pin numbers 2-3, 
5-6, 8-9 or "1" by opening pin numbers 2-3, 5-6, 8-9.
