You can use the MP4 player as a dictaphone and record voice messages using the built-in
microphone. In addition, you can search for the file(s) recorded and start playback from
the same menu. To do this:

From the Main menu, select
“Record”
using the buttons

and then confirm by
pressing the button
to display a list of sub-menus.
Starting recordings

From the list of sub-menus, select
“Start Voice Recording”
to display the
“Now
Recording”
interface and to view the recording in progress.
