11.9. Troubleshooting
The internal combustion engine must be turned off before starting any maintenance or repair work.
Secure against accidental restart.
Maintenance and service work may only be carried out by qualified technical personnel.
NOTICE
In case of cutting problems, check the following points:

Saw blade blunt or defective?

Too little water to cool the saw blade?
 Correct saw blade selected?

Full capacity and speed of motor?
Error Possible cause Remedy
Poor cutting performance Saw blade is blunt Replace saw blade
Engine does not have the full output See operating instructions of the internal
combustion engine
Wrong saw blade speed Check saw blade speed
Wrong saw blade direction of rotation Check saw blade direction of rotation
Too little cooling water Clean the water filter or
rinse water supply system at a
max. pressure of 5 bar
Floor saw does not start Fuel tank empty
DEF tank empty
Refuel
Check display - Contact Service
Fuel filter dirty Disassemble and clean the fuel filter
Battery voltage too low Check battery voltage and charge, if necessary
Floor saw goes off after 50 s Seat switch defective Replace switch
