ress the WHISTLE BUTTON when the train is NOT MOVING to hear “All aboard, This is the Polar
Express”.
Press the WHISTLE BUTTON while the train is in FORWARD or REVERSE to hear the train whistle.
To turn all sound off
T
o disable all sounds open the battery compartment on the Controller. When the battery door is
removed there is a Sound Switch towards the front of the controller. The Sound Switch is set at
the factory to the ON position. Sliding this switch to the OFF position will disable all train sounds
including those made when the sound button is pressed. To restore the sounds just move the switch
back to the original ON position.
