Instructions for use scooter carrier “ALUxxs”:
1. Remove the black hand-screws to loosen the ramp.
2. Place the tongue-plate of the ramp onto the rail.
3. Fix the ramp with a screw M8x40 and a butterfly nut M8 .
4. Pull the scooter over the ramp onto the rail.

Fix the scooter with ratchet straps and chocks on the rail. Recline the scooter against the retainer
bracket using the foam pieces.
Please mind the following points:
6. The tension of the ratchet straps can be eased while driving. The tension must be controlled time by
time. The intervals must be fixed according to the individual driving manner.
7. Tensioning the ratchet straps means elasticising of the scooter. The wheel base can be changed.
Eventually the chocks must be justified.
8. Place the scooter concentric on the rail.
9. Remove the ramp and refix it to the retainer bracket.
10. Control the lightening of the scooter carrier.
11. In order to keep the optical appearance clean the carrier with clear water after contact with salted water.
12. The maximum payload of the scooter carrier „ALUxxs“ is 150 kg.
13. Pay attention to satisfying payload of the rear axle and the vehicle. Calculate the added load by
weighing out and using the following formula:
