6.5.1 Configuration / Decoder Menu 

The Decoder Configuration menu provides the IRD user the capability to setup and 
configure the decoder in the IRD. Figure 0-1 shows the menu tree of configuration 
functions available in the Decoder Configuration Menu (password is required only if it was 
enabled previously).  

The IRD Front Panel display, controls and keypad are used to scroll through the menu, 
view the options available and set the parameters of the configuration functions provided. 

The Decoder Configuration functions are grouped into four groups and are described in the 
following sub-paragraphs:
