Mount the wooden grids in front of the radiant heater on the rear walls.
Safety instructions
Under no circumstances attach a door lock to the infrared cabin!
Never touch the heaters with your hands when it is switched on!
Ensure adequate ventilation of the infrared cabin!
Do not use the infrared cabin if you have open wounds or burns!
Do not use the infrared cabin if you are pregnant!
Consult a doctor before use if you have any of the following problems:

you are older or sick

Hyperthermalgesia
o
obesity
o
Diabetes
o
high blood pressure

Heart & circulatory problems
Usage
Read all safety and health information. If you are unsure whether you can use the infrared cabin,
please consult your doctor.
If you feel dizzy or overheated during use, leave the infrared cabin.
Set the temperature to a comfortable level, usually around 40-50 ° C
Allow the infrared cabin to preheat for about 8-15 minutes before use.
The sweat production starts after approx. 6-15 minutes. We recommend that you do not
use the infrared cabin for longer than 30 minutes.
When the infrared cabin has reached the desired temperature, the heating elements
automatically switch on and off to maintain the temperature.
The door and roof opening can be opened at any time during use to regulate the
temperature yourself or to let in fresh air.
You can enjoy all the benefits of infrared light even with the door or window open.
