TIPS
· Defrost frozen food before laying it on the teppanyaki.
· In order to grill meat adjust the thermostat to maximum and make sure that the appliance is
thoroughly heated before laying the meat on the griddle.
· If you only need to use a part of the teppanyaki, then place the food in the middle to obtain the ideal
cooking result.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
· Set the thermostat to minimum (0), remove the plug from the socket and wait until the teppanyaki
has cooled down completely.
· It is recommended that all food residues be removed with a wooden spatula or a heat-resistant plastic
utensil while the appliance is still hot. If the residues dry up, they will be harder to remove.
· Do not immerse any part of the teppanyaki plate in water or any other liquid. Should water get on the
electrical contacts, dry them off carefully.
· Wipe the baking tray clean with a soft cloth or kitchen roll. For the removal of dried
food residues, use a soft sponge with hot water and a small amount of dish-washing
detergent.
· Excess fat and moisture can be poured off easily, using the drainage hole in the
corner of the appliance.
· Do not use any corrosive or abrasive products or brushes.
