11. SANITATION BY WATER:
1. Connect the sanitizing adapter to the water supply using a hose.
2. After you finish dispensing the keg, push the dispensing head into the sanitizing adapter in
the same way as you would tap the keg.
3. Once the keg is ready to use, open the tap lever and wait until clean water flows out (all beve-
rage residues and partially sediment are rinsed out).
1. Unscrew the head from the sanitizing barrel, pour the diluted sanitizing solution into the ba-
rrel in the prescribed ratio.
2. Screw the head back onto the sanitizing barrel, push in the dispensing head and pressurize in
the same way as you would tap the keg.
3. Open the tap lever and wait until the sanitizing solution has squeezed out the beverage.
4. Allow the sanitizing solution to act inside the line for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, push
out the dispense head, insert the sanitizing ball into the tube behind the dispense head and
let it pass through the line. Be sure to remove the compensator from the tap (see point 7) to
make it easier to remove the sanitizing ball. Repeat the procedure according to the degree of
contamination.
5. Then pour clean water into the sanitizing barrel. Minimum of 5 liters and rinse the lines.
6. Don‘t forget the tap and the dispense head. They must be disassembled (see section 8), washed
in a sanitizing solution and all deposits thoroughly removed. Then rinse everything with clean
water and assemble.
NOTE:
Remember to dismount the tap and remove the cleaning balls.
WARNING:
Maximum water temperature must not exceed 25 °C.
