Tips

Descaling
A whitish deposit may build up on the bottom of the water reservoir over time called mineral buildup;

to combat mineral buildup:
•  Clean the appliance regularly by pouring a mixture of 100ml (3 ½ oz.) hot water + 100ml (3 ½ oz.) of

  white vinegar into the water reservoir.
•  Leave the solution to act for approximately 15 minutes.
•  Empty the water reservoir and wipe it with a damp cloth.
•  Fill the water reservoir with 250ml (8 1/2 oz.) of water and set the appliance to steam for 20 minutes,

  leaving the blending jar empty before using it again to cook food.
•  Do not use detergents.
