DIP switch node ID [0007 hex]

This is meant to show the node address set in the unit; node address has to be
set through the provided DIP switch. For any further information on setting the
node ID refer to the “4.5.2 Setting the node address (Figure 3)” section on page
27.
SW Version [0008 hex]
[Register 9, Unsigned16, ro]
This is meant to show the software version of the encoder.
The major number is meant to show the firmware edition, the minor number is
meant to show the firmware revision.
The meaning of the 16 bits in the register is as follows:

Value 01 02 hex in hexadecimal notation corresponds to the binary
representation 00000001 00000010 and has to be interpreted as: version “1.2”:

The major number is meant to show the hardware edition, the minor number is
meant to show the hardware revision.
