14. SPEAKER CONFIGURATION
Installation
STEP 1:
Selecting Speaker Mounting Location
One MCQ speaker will distribute
sound throughout a classroom of up
to 1200 square feet. The location of
the speaker is critical to ensure this
even sound distribution.
a) Identify the center of the listening
area of the classroom for optimum
location (see figure 1).
b) Select the ceiling tile that is free
from fixtures (lighting, HVAC, etc.)
nearest to the center point.
c) Remove the selected ceiling tile
for speaker installation
