Step 1.
Start Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer)
This can be done in many ways, here is one:
• Click on the Start button at the bottom left of the screen.
• Directly above the start button is a text box, type in the word “explore”
• At the top should be a link to “Windows Explorer”, click on it.
