 Take a 

White 15cm Bit Light

 and thread the connector side of the cable

through the front of the light grey technic pin. Thread it all the way through,
then carefully bend the Bit Light on a 90 degree angle so that it is sitting flat
against the edge of the pin. Take a provided 

Trans Clear Round Plate 1

connect it over the top.
