1. Why isn’t there any sound even though the speaker is turned on?
Please make sure that the battery has been charged for at least 4 hours. The red
LED will be flashing when charging. For optimal performance, please set the
volume level of your MP3 to 60-70%.
2. Why isn’t there any sound when I connect the speaker to my music player?
Case 1: When you connect the 3.5mm audio cable to your speaker, make sure that
the speaker is switched to the
function and that music is playing on your
music player. Check if the volume is adjusted too low. See if the 3.5mm audio jack
is properly connected. Keep in mind that the speaker is not a USB audio device; it
does not play music via USB connection. The USB plug is for charging only.
Case 2: When you connect your speaker using Bluetooth, make sure your music
player’s Bluetooth is turned on, the speaker is switched to the
function and that
