Start / Stop:

Press the reset button to exit your exercise program or restart program set up.

Mode:

incline (TR200 only) or speed as you exercise. If you need to temporarily stop your

workout, press the START button to PAUSE. To RESTART the workout, press the START button. When your
workout is completed, the console will reset after 30 seconds.

On the TR200, it will change the display reading between the

incline and heart rate.
