H.R.C MODE
1. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to select workout program, choose (H.R.C) and press MODE / ENTER to
confirm.
2. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to select 55% (Drawing 11),75%(Drawing 12),90% (Drawing 13) or TAG
(TARGET H.R., default: 100) (Drawing 14). When select TAG, use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to set value
30~230.
3. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to set workout TIME.
4. Press START/STOP key to start or stop workout. Press RESET to reverse to main menu.
