CONTROL PANEL OPERATION
DiSPLAY MESSAgES (bERMUDA, kEY LARgO, ANTiqUA,
bARbADOS)
Should you see two letters on your control panel display
DO NOT ENTER YOUR SPA
until you find the two
letter message below and complete the steps to remove the display message from the control panel.
Oh “Overheat”
(Spa is deactivated)
DO NOT ENTER ThE WATER.
If the spa water has reached 107
°
F, remove the spa cover to cool
the water. At 106
°
F, the spa should reset itself. If the high-limit sensor detects 118
°
F, the spa
will shut down. When the heater cools to 117
°
F, press any button to reset the spa. If the spa will
not reset, then shut off power to the spa and call for customer service. If you’re ambient outside
temperature is above 104F, your spa may not function as it cannot cool down.
Sn “Sensor”
(Spa is deactivated)
The high-limit sensor or water temperature sensor is not working. Call Customer Service.
Sb “Standby Mode”
(Spa is deactivated)
All spa functions are disabled except for Freeze protection. Press any panel button to resume spa
operation.
NOTE:
Should the spa sensor detect 40
°
F (because it is in Standby Mode) the pump is
automatically activated to provide Freeze protection. This is a normal spa function; no corrective
action is necessary. The equipment will stay on until the sensor detects 45
°
F.

DiAgNOSTic LcD MESSAgE (cORONADO)
Message Meaning
Action Required
No message on display.
Power has been cut off to the spa.
The control panel will be disabled until power
returns. Spa settings will be preserved until next
power up.

Temperature unknown
After the pump has been running for 2 minutes,
the temperature will be displayed.
HH
“Overheat” – The spa has shut
down. One of the sensors has de-
tected 118ºF at the heater.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Remove the
spa cover and allow water to cool. Once the
heater has cooled reset by pushing any button.
If spa does not reset, shut off the power to the
spa and call Customer Service.
OH
“Overheat” – the spa has shut down.
One of the sensors has detected
that the spa water is 110ºF.
DO NOT ENTER THE SPA. Follow same
instructions as above.
IC
“Ice” – Potential Freeze condition
detected.
No action required. The pump will automatically
activate regardless of spa status.
