Ten interchangeable massage attachments are included with your 

Sonic M1

The massage attachments allow you to target different areas of your body 
and specific massage therapy needs.

FLAT

For large muscle groups 
and areas that need a little 
more help. Simulates a deep 
tissue massage.

METAL FLAT

For use on large muscle 
groups such as hips and 
legs. Use with massage oil to 
simulate the perfect deep-
tissue massage.

SHOVEL

For back muscles and areas 
surrounding the spinal 
column. Great for flushing 
out toxins.

BULLET

Designed specifically to 
target problem areas and 
release muscle knots.

ABSORBER

For sensitive or sore muscles. 
The soft air-compression 
massage head relieves muscle 
pain in tender areas.

RAKE

This attachment functions as 
a circulation scraper, which 
enhances blood circulation 
and increasing healing.

CURVED FLAT

Designed to give you more 
flexibility around smaller 
muscle groups.

Improve recovery and

Eight different massage speeds allow you to choose the right intensity for 
a particular muscle group or trigger point. Each speed offers a different 
vibration frequency (Hz) and percussions per minute (RPM).

Intelligent Intensity (AI) automatically increases or decreases the vibration 
intensity according to the amount of force you apply with the

The three automatic modes change vibration speed at regular intervals. 

Automatic Modes

Ramp-up Mode

Starts at low intensity and increases to high intensity. Activates 
muscles before a workout.

Wave Mode

Alternates between high and low intensity. Relaxes muscles 
with rolling waves of intensity.

Cool-Down Mode

Starts at high intensity and decreases to low intensity. Relaxes 
muscles for recovery after a workout.
