Sonic M1

Keep this manual for reference. 

CHARGING THE BATTERY 

•  Fully charge your 

Sonic M1 

before using it for the first time. 

•  Always power off the Sonic M1 before charging.
•  To charge: turn the device off, then plug the charging adapter into the 

port on the bottom of the unit. Plug the charging adapter into a wall 
outlet.

•  The Battery Icon at the base of the handle illuminates when charging.
•  Full charge is indicated when the digital Power Display shows “100%.”
•  Your 

Sonic M1 

typically takes 3–5 hours to charge.

•  The digital Power Display at the base of the handle indicates the current 

battery level from 1–100%.

•  When the battery level is less than 30%, the Battery Icon will flash.
•  When the battery level is less than 10%, the Battery Icon and the digital 

Power Display will both flash. When this occurs, power off the unit and 
fully charge it before using again. 

•  Average run-time is 2–3 hours per charge at higher speeds and 5–6 hours 

per charge at lower speeds.

USING YOUR 

SONIC M1

1.  Slide the 

Power switch

 on the bottom of the handle to the ON position 

to power on the 

Sonic M1

. The lights on the control panel will turn on.

2.  Tap (short-press) the 

Selection button

 on the control panel to enter 

standard speed mode. Vibration will begin at speed level 1, indicated 
by the blue LED on the far left. To change vibration speed in standard 
mode:
a.   Tap (short-press) the 

Selection button

 once to change the vibration 

speed to level 2. Tap the button a second time for speed level 3. Tap 
a third time for level 4. 

b.   Tap the 

Selection button

 again to change the vibration speed to 

level 5, indicated by the red LED on the far left. Tap the button 
again for speed level 6, and so on, up to speed level 8. Tap a ninth 
time for Intelligent Intensity (AI) standard mode.

c.   The 4 Speed Indicator LEDs will show the speed level selected. 

Speeds 1–4 are indicated by blue lights. Speeds 5–8 are indicated 
by red lights. When Intelligent Intensity is selected, the Intelligent 
Intensity LED will be lit.

3.  If desired, press and hold the 

Selection button

 on the control panel for 

2 seconds to enter automatic mode. Vibration will begin automatically 
in Ramp-Up Mode. To choose a different vibration pattern in automatic 
mode:
a.   Tap (short-press) the 

Selection button

 once to change the mode to 

Wave Mode. Tap the button a second time for Cool-Down Mode. Tap 
a third time to go back to Ramp-Up Mode.

b.   The 3 Automatic Mode Indicator LEDs will show the automatic mode 

selected. 

4.  With your desired vibration speed or automatic mode selected, float the 

head of the massage attachment along a muscle group. Apply pressure 
as needed. 

5.  Slide the 

Power switch

 on the bottom of the handle to the OFF position 

to power off the unit. Always power off the unit after each use. 

6.  The unit will automatically power off after 10 minutes of use.

REMOVING AND REPLACING A MASSAGE ATTACHMENT 

1.  Slide the 

Power switch

 on the bottom of the handle to the OFF position 

to power off the unit.

2.  Grab the inserted attachment and firmly pull out to remove it. 
3.  Insert the stem of a new attachment into the nozzle of the unit. 
4.  Press the attachment in firmly to secure it.
