• Plug the new bulb into the four pin connector and
slide the sliver clip back to secure the bulb;
• Gently push the bulb into the clips at each side of
the bulb;
• Refit the lamp cover and replace the five screws.
Cleaning
• Wipe clean with a soft cloth. Do not use polishers/
cleaners.
Replacement Bulbs
Your light uses 12W full spectrum tube with a 5.5”
outer diameter with a G10q connector. Replacements
are available from Lifemax under reference 1145A.

In the unlikely event that your Lifemax Magnifying
Table Light develops a manufacturing fault, it is
covered by a three year return to base warranty.
Your warranty is only valid with the original receipt,
please ensure you keep this safe. The warranty runs
for 36 months from the date of purchase.
