Unpacking and setting up your light
• Remove all packaging materials and tape from your
light;
• Avoid pulling the wiring when removing
contents from the packaging or during
installation;
• To ease transit, the Angle screw (see
diagram) is loosened while packed.
Adjust the base of the light to a
suitable angle and, using a flat headed
screwdriver (not supplied), gently tighten the Angle
screw.
Using your light
• Place your light securely on a desk or table;
• Adjust the lamp head to the ideal angle;
• Plug the mains cable into a suitable socket and turn ‘On’
using the On/Off switch (see diagram);
• To use the magnification feature, lift the Lens
cover.
Replacing the light bulb (see images
• Ensure the bulb is fully cooled and the light is
unplugged before replacing.
• Using a suitable cross-headed screwdriver
(not supplied), unscrew the five screws on
underside of the lamp;
• Remove the cover by lowering gently
downwards. The cover carries the
magnification lens and this may come away
with the cover. Take care not to damage the
lens or bulb;
• Gently pull the bulb downwards, taking care that the
