Quick Start:
Install the safety tether key on the computer and then press the Master Power Switch that is located at the front of the treadmill to ON
position. Press the START button and then press the FAST button, the running belt starts moving with the speed at 0.8km/h. You
may press the FAST or SLOW button to increase or decrease the running speed. The speed range is from 0.8km/h to 12km/h.
Computer Button Functions:
START
To start training.
STOP
To stop training.
MODE
To select each function (time, distance, or calories) for target presetting. Press the MODE button for 5 seconds will
reset the function value of time, distance, or calories to zero for target presetting.
SET
To set each function (time, distance, or calories) for target presetting.
FAST
Speed up adjustment during all training period on different training mode.
SLOW
Speed down adjustment during all training period on different training mode.
