ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Attach the Cross Bar (10) onto both Left/Right Handlebar Support Tubes (3, 4) with two
M8x15mm. Bolts (63) and two Ø8.4xØ15xt0.8 Clock Washers (79). Tighten bolts with the
6mm Allen Wrench provided, but do not fully tighten these bolts until step 2 is completed.
Connect the Extension Sensor Wire I (54) from the Base Frame (2) to the Extension
Sensor Wire II (74) from the Right Handlebar Support Tube (4). It is recommended to
have a second person assist with this step. One person should hold the handlebar
support tubes in place while the other person connects the sensor wires.
Install both Left/Right Handlebar Support Tubes (3, 4) to the Base Frame (2) by inserting
Left/Right Handlebar Support Tubes (3, 4) onto the Base Frame (2), using six M8x15mm.
Bolts (63) and six Ø8.4xØ15x0.8 Clock Washers (79). Tighten bolts with the 6mm Allen
Wrench provided, but do not fully tighten these bolts until step 2 is completed.
NOTE:
DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN HARDWARE IN STEP 1 UNTIL STEP 2 IS
COMPLETED.
