6. Assembly Instructions 

 

Attention: 

Please follow these assembly instructions step by step to 

assemble this upright bike.   

1. Install the Front Stabilizer 

Attach  the  Front  stabilizer  (11)  to  the  Arc  plate  of  Main 

frame (1) with two Bolts (41), Arc washers (54), and Cap 

nuts (48). (See figure 1) 

 

2. Install the Rear Stabilizer 

Attach the Rear stabilizer (17) to the Main frame (1) with 

two Bolts (41), Arc washers (54), and Cap nuts (48).   

(See figure 2) 

 

 

 

 

3. Install the Handlebar Support 

Put the cable end of resistance cable of Tension control (24) into the spring hook of Tension   

control wire (15) as shown on drawing

control (24) up and force it into the gap of metal bracket of Tension control wire (15) as shown   

on drawing

 of figure 3. Connect the resistance cable of Tension control (24) with the   

Tension control wire (15) completed as shown on drawing

 of figure 3. Insert the Computer   

wire (14) through into the bottom of Handlebar support (2) and pull it out from the top hole of   

Handlebar support (2). Insert the Handlebar support (2) to the Main frame (1) and secure it with   

four Bolts (42) and Arc washers (54). (See figure 3)
