Press the ENTER key to select one of these 3 programs and then adjust the time of workout by
rotating the SELECT dial to adjust. After the time entry, press the START/STOP to begin the
program.
Note: During program execution, if your heart rate exceeds the target heart rate; for safety reasons,
the console will beep until it is lowered. If it does not lower in time the console will stop counting.
Press the enter key to resume working out.
G. Race
Program:
Rotate the SELECT dial during the category selection mode to “RACE” then
press the ENTER key to confirm selection.
This program is designed to simulate a friendly competitive race against an opponent.
Once you enter race program, you will be asked to select the PC Boat speed first. The default
setting is 5 SPM; rotate the SELECT dial to change the setting from 5 – 90 SPM and ENTER to
accept the setting.

1. Choose Pace boat Speed:
5 SPM and 17:58min 500 meter split time will display in the
data display and dot matrix profile windows. The strokes per min can be changed by
rotating the SELECT dial to adjust between ranges of 5 – 90 SPM.

. Press the ENTER key once selection is complete.
2. Choose
Distance/Meters:
A default 500 meters will display in the data display window and
this number can be changed by increments of 10 by pressing rotating the SELECT dial to
adjust between ranges of .10 – 99.90 meters. Press the ENTER key once selection is
complete.

Press the START/STOP button to begin rowing. USE the SELECT dial to increase or
decrease the resistance.
Dot matrix display during program: The user and PC Boat progress will be displayed on this window.
The program will stop when one of you has reached the target distance; PC WIN or USER WIN will
be displayed.
Please note: You can adjust the resistance level by rotation the Select dial anytime during the
program.
