Instructions for Use
Step 1: Clean before use
Unpack all the protective packaging, and take out the equipment, and connect the power cord tail to the main engine, and
then energize and heat for 2 minutes, and pull the power plug, and clean the inner cavity with clear water and cleaning
brush after the product is totally cooled down. And clean the accessories of the product to be used as per the need,
including: dust cover, brush rod, bamboo stick and cleaning brush.
Warning: The power cord should be correctly operated and used, the tail of which should be connected to the main
engine before each time of energizing and heating; it is forbidden to energize the power cord before connect it to the
main engine to avoid electric shock.
Step 2: Energize and Preheat for about Two Minutes
Place the product on level and smooth platform, and power on. At this time, the power indicator lights, which indicates
the product is warming-up. Notes: the PTC constant heat is adopted for the product, therefore, there is no need to
de-energize, and it will enter into the safe temperature constant state automatically.
Warning: during the heating process, the inner wall of the front grilled pipe is a high temperature zone, and please do
not contact with it directly to avoid burns.
Step 3: Put oil
Put defined amount of cooking oil. The following two methods are recommended:
Method 1: Use the brush rod in accessories of the product.
Get the brush rod close to the grilled pipe, and pour defined amount (the cooking oil is laid on the surface of the tiny disc)
cooking oil to the tiny disc, stretch the brush rod into the grilled pipe and slide up and down for several times, to apply the
cooking oil to the inner wall of the grilled pipe.
Method 2: Use the oil spray bottle
Choose the oil spray bottle with good quality to fill it with cooking oil; press the nozzle to spray oil mist, and the user can
spray oil to the grilled pipe of the product. The product is not equipped with an oil spray bottle, which should be
purchased separately.
Step 3: Fry eggs or other foods
Put one or two shelled raw eggs directly into the grilled pipe (notes: the product is designed as per frying two eggs every
time, and please do not put in too much to avoid expanding and spilling after heating), and insert in one piece of bamboo
stick (the bamboo stick is used for convenient taking out the eggs after fried).
Notes: Do not put after the egg yolk and the egg white are broken apart! Too much air is mixed into the egg because of
the stirring, and it is easy for the egg to spill after heating.
Generally, after 7 to 9 minutes’ heating, the egg will rise from the grilled pipe, and it can be served after taking out. If, in
some special conditions, it is difficult to take out the eggs, please shake well and then pour out, and please make use of
bamboo stick or chopstick if necessary.
Operational methods for frying other foods:
The operation method is the same as that of frying eggs. What calls for special attention is that different foods need
different time to be fried, and the user will master it according to experience. After making yourself master of the frying
methods of various snacks and desserts, delicious is there!
Warning:
1. It is forbidden to touch the interior of the grilled pipe with hands to prevent burns when the product is at work or is
not completely cooled down after work.
2. Please do not leave the product working in unattended situation. If the food is left in the product for a long time, it
may be burned black or dry and is not edible or results in fire disaster.
