These are factors that you must consider to get the best use out of your heater:

The intended room to be heated must be well insulated. Poor insulation will cause heat loss and
diminished heat efficiency.

Mounting the heater near a flight of stairs will diminish efficiency, since the heat waves emitting from
the heater will constantly “fight” with cooler waves along the stairs.

Open floor plans will be a factor, since heat is constantly being “lost” into other rooms, causing the
unit to be less efficient.
・
Mounting the heater near open doorways, or doorways with excessive foot traffic will reduce
efficiency, since heat will constantly be lost through those doorways.
・
Mounting the heater near/along open windows or windows that are constantly opened will cause heat
to escape and diminish full heat potential.
・
Using this heater in a room larger than what the unit is intended for will diminish full heat potential.
