PULSE:
The computer will display your current heart rate figures in 4-5 seconds after you hold both two hands on handlebar grip
sensors during exercise. To ensure the pulse readout is more precise, please always hold on to the handlebar grip sensors
with two hands instead of just with one hand only when you try to test your heart rate figures.
Training in Program Mode
After the computer is power on, you may press the UP button to select training in Program. There are 5 training programs that you
may select by pressing the UP button. Each training program has a preset time for 20 minutes. You may press the ON button when
the program is selected. The first interval of program graphic will flash and running speed will change according to the program
graphic. When the preset training program time counts down to 0:00, the computer will begin beeping to remind you, the running belt
will stop automatically.
NOTE
1. Before training starts, please make sure the Safety Tether Key is installed properly.
2. During running, if your running speed is 3 km/h more than computer setting speed, the computer starts to beep to remind you and
the TIME display will show "E1". You need to power on the computer again to stop this reminder.
3. During running, if your running speed is 3 km/h less than computer setting speed for 30 seconds, the computer starts to beep to
remind you and the TIME display will show "E2". You need to power on the computer again to stop this reminder.
4. If the computer is in stop mode, but you start running for 30 seconds, TIME display will show "E1" and the computer starts to beep
to remind you. You need to power on the computer again to stop this reminder.
5. During training, you may press OFF button to stop the treadmill running at any time, or pull out the Safety Tether Key to stop the
treadmill running.
6. The computer display will shut off automatically in around 4 minutes if you stop running and did not press any button on the
computer.
