under the following three body groups.

These exercises are categorized by workout position – Bench. Users can select exercises 
under the following three body groups.

ball exercises  

These exercises are categorized by workout position – Ball. Users can select exercises 
under the following three body groups.

exercise navigation buttons    

Some workout groups contain more exercises than those that 
initially appear on the screen. Users will need to use the 
navigation buttons available above the exercise selection 
menu to navigate through all the available exercises.

Note

: The navigation buttons will not be displayed if there are less than nine exercises in the group.

back  

When the button is tapped, the user is brought back to the HOME 
screen if the user was previously in any workout screens. If the user 
is in the HELP screen, the user will be brought back to the screen
before HELP was selected.

Help  

When the button is tapped, the user is brought to the HELP screen.
