Starting and setting speed
The Aura push support is provided with
a selection switch for switching the push
support on and off. You can also select the
maximum speed with this switch.
‘Off’ position
The push support is switched off. The
wheelchair's parking brake is activated.
Indoor setting
The push support is switched on. The driving
speed and acceleration are limited for use
indoors and for manoeuvring in small spaces.
Speed setting 1 to 4
The push support is switched on. The
maximum driving speed can be set from
approximately 2 km/hour (position 1) to
approximately 6 km/hour (position 4)
Tip:
If required, the dealer can adjust the
speed and acceleration.
Using the Aura
Attention:
Before making a journey, check
whether the battery is fully charged. Insuf-
ficient charging can mean that the support
stops on the way (see also ‘Checking the
battery’).
1. Switch on the push support.
2. Select a maximum driving speed.
Drive forwards

The wheelchair will move forwards.

The battery on delivery
The battery of the wheelchair is charged on
delivery. This means that the wheelchair is
ready to use. It is possible that the battery is
not fully charged because it has discharged
partially during storage and transportation.
