Pre-‐Operating Instructions: Assembly
Your LIFAN Power USA generator is packaged without fuel and oil. Some assembly is
required before operating your LIFAN Power USA Generator.

UNPACKING THE GENERATOR:
1.
Set the Carton on a Flat, Rigid Surface.
2.
Open the top flaps of the box and carefully lift the generator from the box and
remove all packaging materials.
3.
Locate all items listed above and place them to the side of the unit. Some items
may be packaged within the voids of the generator itself.
EASY CARRY HANDLE INSTALLATION:
The Following Tools are needed to install the Easy Carry Handle:

Safety Glasses
•
8mm-‐14mm Ratchet & Socket Set
NOTE: Install Wheel Kit BEFORE Filling the Generator with Fuel or Oil. Never Tip a Unit
that contains Fuel or Oil.
1.
Place the handle on top of the fuel tank. Carefully line up the boltholes on each
end of the handle and the corresponding holes on the fuel tank.
2.
Using a ratchet and socket or similar tools, tighten the provided 8mm bolts. Only
tighten to one-‐quarter (¼) of a turn after resistance is felt.
